As Founder & CEO, Garla brings more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership, leadership development, and organizational transformation to GLJ Leadership Partners. Known for her human-centered approach and ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, Garla partners with leaders to achieve deep alignment, cultivate thriving organizational cultures, and translate strategy into effective implementation and sustainable impact.

Throughout her career, Garla has led organizational initiatives, strengthened leadership capacity, and guided the implementation of strategies and practices designed to achieve meaningful, lasting results. Her experience spans education, government, and organizational consulting, with a consistent focus on creating the conditions in which people flourish and organizations thrive.

Garla also serves as President of LearnSync, an educational, professional learning, technology company focused on bridging the gap between quality professional learning in structured literacy and effective classroom implementation. In this role, she provides executive leadership and guides the development of implementation approaches that support educators in translating evidence-based literacy practices into meaningful, sustainable improvements in teaching and learning.  Through GLJ Leadership Partners, Garla brings together her extensive educational and executive experience, expertise in organizational development, and commitment to implementation excellence to help leaders bridge the gap between strategy and sustained results.
